The cost depends upon the scope of the job, the condition of rooms being cleaned, and frequency of the cleaning schedule. We will perform a free estimate consultation with you on location to assess your specific requirements.

Can I trust the employees of Sundance Cleaning Company?
We carefully screen our employees for honesty and trustworthiness. In addition, we provide general liability, worker’s compensation, and bond insurance. Most of our employees have been with us for two to thirteen years.
Should I be home when Sundance Cleaning professionals come to clean my home or business?
You do not have to be present unless you would like to be. However, if you are not present, you must provide us proper access to your space, such as keys, garage codes, security system codes, etc.
How do I pay?
One time move-in/move-out services are paid prior to cleaning date. Our regular customers are invoiced at the beginning of each quarter, and pay monthly by the end of each month. We accept checks and online payments through bank drafts.
What happens if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
The holidays we observe are: Good Friday, July 4th, Labor Day, the Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, thru New Years Day. Your quarterly invoice will document any scheduled cleanings that fall on one of these days and we will be in touch to reschedule.
What should I do with my pets?
Unless you are home for each cleaning, all pets should be crated, outside, or contained in a designated noncleaning area. For health and safety reasons our professionals are unable to clean up after pet accidents.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We will earn your confidence with each visit, and our goal is to have a happy customer, not a contract. However, we do require that you sign our Quote Roller pricing contract. That includes our policy and pricing, but you may alter your services at any time.
What happens if a worker falls and is injured while in my house?
All of our staff is covered with workers compensation, which means you do not have to worry about being exposed to liability if a service provider gets injured on your property.
How do you “guarantee” my service?
If you are not satisfied, simply call us within 24 hours and we will rectify the situation.

How do I get started with Sundance Cleaning?
We provide free estimate consultations and generally schedule them on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
